Mansory Body Kit for Porsche 911 Turbo S Coupé & Cabrio

MANSORY for the Porsche 911 Turbo S 992 — dry-carbon aero set, both bodies

The 992 Turbo S is the current top of the 911 line — 3.8-litre twin-turbo flat-six, 650 PS at the crank, 0–100 km/h in 2.7 seconds, 330 km/h top end. Mansory's response is deliberately the lightest of any 911 programme they have ever shipped: a dry-carbon aero spoiler lip kit dimensioned around the OEM body, designed to read as a factory upgrade rather than a Mansory build. Three core pieces — front lip, side steps, rear diffuser — and that is the entire visual delta. The kit is dimensioned for both the Coupé and the Cabriolet, with no separate SKUs required: the 992.1 Turbo S shares front and rear bumpers and rocker geometry across the two body styles.

Sister Porsche builds in our catalogue: 911 Turbo (992), 911 Turbo S (older programme), 911 991, 997 Turbo, 997 Carrera Facelift, 918 Spyder. Four-door sisters: Taycan, Panamera 971, Panamera Sport Turismo. SUV: Cayenne 2019, Cayenne Coupe, Macan.

What's in the set

Three pieces, all dry carbon. Hand-laid T200 weave, autoclave-cured, raw finish unless paint or matte coating is specified at order. Bench install for the full set is a half-day at a competent body shop; no permanent modifications.

  • Front lip / spoiler — sits below the OEM front splitter line, deeper but does not change the 992's homologated front overhang. The lip's trailing edge integrates with the OEM cooling intake openings.
  • Side steps — left and right pieces, attach to the rocker line under the door. Read as a continuous extension of the OEM rocker rather than a separate add-on.
  • Rear diffuser — replaces the OEM lower rear bumper insert. Carbon weave is visible across the full diffuser face. The OEM Sport Design exhaust tips remain — the diffuser is dimensioned around them.

Why this is an aero spoiler set, not a widebody

Mansory's broader catalogue tends toward widebody work — Carbonado-style fender extensions, deeper canards, replacement bumpers. The 992 Turbo S kit is deliberately the opposite. The 992 chassis sits already 45 mm wider at the rear than a base 992 Carrera, and the OEM Turbo S aero pack delivers the front canard / rear active wing geometry that owners would normally pay Mansory to add. That is why the Mansory set on this car is intentionally restrained: the donor already has the visual aggression, and the carbon set is there to refine — to add the visible-weave texture and the deeper splitter line — not to widen or to canard-up. Owners looking for a more aggressive 992 build typically spec the Mansory forged wheel programme alongside the aero set rather than a wider body.

Engine — Mansory has not released a 992 Turbo S power module

The carbon aero set does not touch the running gear. The factory 3.8 twin-turbo flat-six stays at 650 PS / 800 Nm. Unlike the M5 G90 or the C8 RS6, Mansory has not released a published power module for the 992 Turbo S — the factory Sport Chrono package and the OEM PDK calibration are tuned tightly to the 650 PS figure, and the workshop's position is that adding measurable power on top requires intercoolers, exhaust and ECU work that sits outside the standard Mansory programme. For owners who want Mansory-spec power on a 992, the workshop quotes per-VIN as a one-off project rather than a catalogue item.

Wheels

The OEM 20"/21" Turbo S staggered wheel package fits the kitted car without modification — the carbon body geometry does not change wheel arch clearance. Mansory's forged wheel offering for the 992 Turbo S sits at 21"/22" staggered in the FV.5 or YN.5 designs; the full forged range is in the Hodoor forged wheels collection and can be configured to the 992 PCD and centre bore. Most owners specifying the carbon aero set keep the OEM wheels — the kit reads cleaner against the factory rims than against an aftermarket forged set.

Fitment — Coupé and Cabriolet, 992.1 Turbo S only

The kit fits the 992.1 Turbo S Coupé and the 992.1 Turbo S Cabriolet, production from 2020 through to the 992.2 facelift announcement. The 992.2 Turbo S (announced for MY2025) carries a redrawn front bumper and active flap geometry — the kit does not transfer; we will list a 992.2-specific build when Mansory releases one. The kit does not fit the 992 Carrera, Carrera S, Carrera 4S or GT3: those cars use different bumper lines and rocker geometry and the aero panels do not match. Owners with earlier Turbo S generations (991, 997) should look at the dedicated 991 and 997 Turbo programmes.

How the order book on the 992 kit grew — three waves

The 992 Turbo S has been on sale since 2020, and the Mansory aero set has been in the catalogue for most of that run. The shipping pattern moved through three distinct waves, and that history is what shapes our current freight scheduling:

Wave 1 — 2020–2021, the early Gulf and Western European orders. The first 992 Turbo S kits left for the UAE and Qatar, then to Monaco and Switzerland as the donor became available in EU specification. These were single-piece orders — most often the front lip alone — for Cabriolet owners who wanted to keep the donor close to OEM.

Wave 2 — 2022, Asia ramps. The kit started to ship in volume into Hong Kong, Singapore and the Macau grand-prix corridor. Asian buyers preferred the full three-piece set rather than the single front lip, which shifted the workshop's stocking ratios. Japan followed in late 2022 via grey-import buyers.

Wave 3 — 2023 onward, the secondary markets. Once the donor depreciated off original list, the order book broadened: Turkey and Israel took meaningful share, the Tsar programme opened a steady CIS lane, and Eastern European routes through Poland and the Czech Republic picked up. Germany and the US — the donor's home and largest single market respectively — have no dedicated country page on our site; we ship to both on standard freight terms.

Ordering & lead time

The kit ships piece by piece or as a complete three-part set. Standard production from the workshop is three to four weeks for a complete set; in-stock pieces (front lip is the most common single SKU) leave faster. Email [email protected] or WhatsApp +44 7488 818747 with your VIN and body style (Coupé or Cabriolet) and we will quote landed including matte coating or paint and forged wheels in a single freight booking. New Mansory releases sit on the Hodoor Mansory blog; for one-off carbon work see the Custom Design & Build service.

FAQ

Same kit for Coupé and Cabriolet?
Yes. The 992.1 Turbo S Coupé and Cabriolet share front and rear bumpers and rocker geometry; the kit's front lip, side steps and rear diffuser fit both with no separate SKUs.

Will the kit fit the 992.1 Carrera or Carrera S?
No. The Turbo S has a wider front and rear bumper line and a deeper rocker, and the aero pieces are dimensioned to that geometry. The Carrera and Carrera S use narrower bodywork and the kit does not transfer cleanly. We do not currently list a Mansory 992 Carrera programme.

What about the 992.2 facelift Turbo S?
The 992.2 Turbo S is announced for MY2025 with a redrawn front bumper and active aero changes. The current kit does not transfer; we will list a 992.2 build when Mansory releases one.

Will the kit fit the 992 GT3 or GT3 RS?
No. The GT3 and GT3 RS use motorsport-derived front and rear aero with their own homologated splitter and diffuser geometry. The Mansory aero set is dimensioned to the road-car Turbo S, not to the GT-bodies.

Does the rear diffuser fit around the OEM Sport Design exhaust?
Yes. The diffuser is cut around the OEM Sport Design tips — no exhaust modification is required. Owners who later spec the Mansory Sport exhaust can re-install the same diffuser piece.

Can the side steps be skipped?
Yes. The three pieces sell separately; the front lip alone is the most common single-piece order. The rocker line of the 992 Turbo S is already deeper than the Carrera, so the OEM rocker reads acceptably even without the carbon side steps.
