The Rolls-Royce Cullinan was the first SUV the marque ever built, and the Mansory Coastline programme is the most established wide-body conversion for it. Introduced in 2019 and refined ever since, Coastline takes the Cullinan’s upright, monolithic body and adds 16 parts of visible-carbon body extensions, a new front fascia with LED daytime-running lights, a re-shaped diffuser, and — if specified — the Mansory ambiente illuminated grille that turns the front of the car into a slow-running light show. Every visible-fibre panel is autoclave-cured pre-preg carbon, primed without clear coat for the signature Mansory raw-weave look. The kit is offered in two configurations: standard (RRC 4W0 001) and towbar-compatible (RRC 4W0 T01).
If you want the Cullinan with full Mansory wide-body geometry rather than the Coastline’s panel-on-panel approach, see the Mansory Cullinan Wide-Body. For the more recent body refresh, see the Mansory Cullinan MY2025 programme, and for the seven-figure halo edition the Cullinan Billionaire.
The kit is supplied as a coordinated programme rather than a loose collection of panels. Every visible piece is pre-preg carbon laid up against the original Cullinan body so the seams sit flush and the wheel-arch geometry stays consistent.

Every visible-fibre component is laid up in autoclave-cured T200 pre-preg carbon and primed without clear coat — this is the Mansory house style, and what gives the Coastline its raw-weave look. Glossy clear-coat is the default; matte clear is available on request. Hidden mounting flanges are reinforced FRP for daily-driver durability rather than show-only carbon. For owners who want the same panels to be fully colour-matched to the body, primed FRP variants are also available, normally at meaningful cost saving.
Mansory specifies the Coastline programme around 22-inch wheels with a recommended 285/40/22 tyre size, front and rear. The Cullinan runs a 5×112 bolt pattern that matches across the modern Rolls-Royce range, and the Mansory forged programmes for the platform are designed for the Coastline’s widened arches. See the forged wheels collection for the full range of finishes including matte black, two-tone, bronze and bespoke colour-match options.
The Coastline kit is engineered as a direct bolt-on for the 2018-onward Cullinan body. Installation is quoted by Mansory at under 8 hours for the body extensions when handled by an experienced shop — painting, of course, adds significantly more depending on how many panels are colour-matched. Reinforced mounting points keep installation reversible: no permanent cuts to the original metal, and the Cullinan can be returned to factory specification if needed. The towbar-compatible variant (RRC 4W0 T01) is the right choice if your Cullinan is fitted with the factory towbar.
For Rolls-Royce owners cross-shopping across the range, Mansory has parallel programmes for the Wraith, the Ghost II, the Spectre, the Phantom VIII and the Dawn — every modern Rolls-Royce body has a matching Mansory programme.
The factory Cullinan is the most architecturally upright SUV on sale. The Mansory Coastline keeps that vertical front-end presence intact and adds visual width — it looks bigger, lower and more aggressive without ever crossing into vulgarity. Three things change once Coastline is fitted: the visible carbon at the front and rear gives the body a contemporary edge that the OEM Cullinan body deliberately lacks; the wider arches let the car run a 285/40/22 tyre cleanly without rubbing; and the optional ambiente illuminated grille is unlike anything else on the road — a Mansory signature that cannot be ordered from any other tuner. Will the Coastline fit my Cullinan facelift / MY2025?
The original Coastline (RRC 4W0 001) is engineered for the 2018-onward pre-facelift Cullinan body. For the 2025-onward refreshed body, the matching kit is the Mansory Cullinan MY2025. We confirm the right SKU against your VIN before shipping.
Is the ambiente illuminated grille standard or optional?
Optional. The Coastline core kit includes the front lip, grille inserts, body extensions and rear diffuser. The ambiente grille illumination (with or without two-tone painted lamels) is an extra-cost option that pairs with the standard kit.
Can I order single parts (roof spoiler only, splitter only)?
Yes. Many Coastline pieces are available individually, including the exposed roof spoiler, the rear bumper splitter, the air outtake splitter and the OEM engine-bonnet bar.
Do I need to modify the original body?
No permanent modification. Mounting points are reinforced and the kit is fully reversible.
What’s the difference between Coastline and the Cullinan Wide-Body?
Coastline keeps the Cullinan’s original geometry and adds 16 carbon body extensions on top. The Mansory Cullinan Wide-Body goes further: full reshaped fender geometry, more aggressive stance, and a heavier visual statement. Coastline is the elegant choice; Wide-Body is the louder one.
What wheel options work with the wider Coastline arches?
Mansory specifies a 285/40/22 tyre on a 22″ forged wheel. Most options in our forged wheels collection can be configured for the Cullinan’s 5×112 bolt pattern with the correct offsets to clear the new arches.
