MANSORY Venatus S for the Lamborghini Urus — the refreshed evolution on the Performante and S facelift donors

Mansory's Urus programme carries one of the longest histories in the workshop's SUV stack. The original Venatus launched in 2019 against the pre-facelift Urus. The Venatus Evo landed in 2021 with a wider-body interpretation for owners moving toward the extreme-spec tier. The current evolution — Venatus S — is the refreshed Mansory programme calibrated specifically against the Urus facelift line: the Urus Performante (Lamborghini's factory track-oriented variant at 666 hp) and the Urus S (the volume-trim facelift that replaced the pre-facelift Urus). The Venatus S kit carries forward the visual vocabulary of the Venatus Evo but with dimensional changes to match the Performante's wider factory track, the Performante's new-design front grille, and the Urus S facelift's updated front lighting cluster.

Why Venatus S exists as a separate SKU from the original Venatus

Lamborghini's 2022 facelift of the Urus was not a cosmetic refresh — it restructured the front bumper aperture, the bonnet vent geometry, and the lower-grille active-aero layout. The Urus Performante widened the factory track by 16 mm per side, adopted factory carbon-fibre body panels on the bonnet and roof, and sits 20 mm lower than the standard S as a factory setting. These changes meant the original Venatus front bumper no longer fit the facelift Urus front end. The Venatus S re-dimensioned the front bumper shell to the facelift aperture, the rear bumper to the facelift tail lights, and the fender extensions to the Performante's wider track. The side skirts and the roof spoiler carry forward from Venatus Evo with minor dimensional adjustment.

Owners with pre-facelift Urus donors (2018–2022, pre-2022 VINs) should reference the original Venatus programme page or the Venatus Evo page. Venatus S is facelift-donors-only (Urus S and Urus Performante, 2023+).

Body conversion — front, side, rear zones

Front conversion:

  • Redesigned front bumper with carbon lower-splitter and deep-apron geometry
  • Carbon air-curtain inlets routed to the front-wheel-arch ventilation path
  • Dry-carbon engine bonnet with extraction louvres (the Performante's factory carbon bonnet is replaced by the Mansory bonnet; the Urus S's factory metal bonnet is replaced with dry-carbon)
  • Front grille frame in carbon with the Venatus S insert
  • Carbon front-fender outlet vents integrated with the wide-fender extension

Side and rear:

  • Wide-body fender extensions (front and rear arches) dimensioned to the Performante's widened track
  • Carbon side skirts with downforce blades
  • Carbon mirror housings
  • Redesigned rear bumper with integrated rear diffuser and optional central-outlet exhaust (Mansory's four-into-one central-exit tip configuration, vs the factory's offset quad-tip layout)
  • Roof spoiler (carbon lip extending the factory roof-line trailing edge)
  • Boot-lid spoiler in dry carbon
  • Carbon rear diffuser lower splitter

Material: dry carbon on the bonnet, roof spoiler, boot-lid spoiler, fender extensions, and the rear-diffuser lower splitter; PU-RIM with visible carbon on the front and rear bumper shells and the side skirts (full-dry-carbon upgrade available on all pieces as a premium line item — common spec on Performante commissions where the owner wants to match the factory carbon-fibre bonnet and roof). Install five to seven shop days.

Powertrain options — tune tier structure

The Urus S and Urus Performante share the 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 from the Porsche-Audi joint engine family (same engine that sits in the Cayenne Turbo and the Bentayga V8, though with Lamborghini-specific calibration). Factory output: 657 hp on the Urus S, 666 hp on the Urus Performante. Mansory offers a two-tier tune programme as a separate SKU from the body kit:

  • Stage 1 tune: lifts Urus S to approximately 780 hp / 950 Nm; Urus Performante to approximately 800 hp / 1,000 Nm. Reversible calibration, no internal engine work required
  • Stage 2 tune: targets approximately 900 hp / 1,100 Nm on the Performante. Requires Mansory downpipe and the central-outlet exhaust upgrade. Specific per-VIN engineering check at commission

The tune is optional — the kit is sold as a body-only line item where tuning is specified separately. The central-outlet exhaust is a separate SKU that can be specified with or without the body kit; it is commonly commissioned alongside the kit on Performante donors.

Wheels — 23" forged standard, 24" forged premium

The Urus Performante ships factory on 23" wheels; the Urus S ships on 22" or 23" factory. Mansory's Venatus S wheel offering covers 23" forged (standard) and 24" forged (premium), both on the Urus 5×112 PCD and dimensioned to the Venatus S wide-body arch geometry. Tyre fitment on the 24" is 295/30-24 front / 325/30-24 rear. Pirelli P Zero Corsa is the sanctioned tyre family on Performante donors. The 24" wheel is the common commission spec on Performante; the 23" is common on Urus S. Full wheel range at Hodoor forged wheels.

Geography — the Urus ownership-refresh cycle

The Venatus S geography is distinctive within the Mansory catalogue: a significant share of Venatus S commissions are refresh commissions from existing Mansory Urus households. Owners who commissioned a Venatus or Venatus Evo on a pre-facelift Urus and have now traded into a Performante or a facelift Urus S are re-commissioning Venatus S on the new donor. This creates a geographic pattern that closely tracks the prior Venatus and Venatus Evo order book rather than the broader new-Urus registration map.

Gulf cluster. UAE (Dubai especially — the single deepest Mansory Urus market globally), Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait. The Gulf cluster is the deepest in the Venatus S book, with Performante donors dominating and the Stage 2 tune plus central-outlet exhaust plus 24" wheel being the most-commissioned full-spec combination.

Asia-Pacific cluster. China (Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen — very deep Urus market), Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea, Japan. The Chinese Venatus S flow is Shanghai-weighted; Hong Kong concentrates on Performante donors. Singapore carries a recurring Urus S volume (not Performante — the factory trim differential is significant at the Singapore COE taxation level).

European cluster. Switzerland, Austria, Germany (Munich / Stuttgart), Italy (Milan / Rome), Monaco, UK (London / Home Counties). The Monaco commissions weight toward the full-spec Venatus S with the central-outlet exhaust; Italian commissions are often restrained spec (no central-outlet exhaust, standard factory paint retained).

Americas. The US coasts (LA, Miami, NYC) carry a steady Venatus S order flow at the Performante tier. Latin America (São Paulo, Mexico City) carries a smaller but steady commission volume. Russia / CIS orders route through the Tsar programme and weight heavily toward refresh commissions from existing Venatus Evo households.

Sister Mansory Lamborghini builds

Venatus S sits in the Mansory Lamborghini stack alongside the original Venatus (pre-facelift Urus), the Venatus Evo (widebody pre-facelift), the Urus Soft Kit tier, the Huracán (including the Sterrato all-terrain sister), the Aventador (and the Carbonado Evo and Aventador S variants), and the new Revuelto V12 PHEV flagship.

FAQ

Does Venatus S fit a pre-facelift Urus (2018–2022)?
No. Venatus S is dimensioned specifically to the 2022-onward facelift front and rear bumper aperture. Pre-facelift Urus donors require the original Venatus or the Venatus Evo kit, which are separate SKUs in the catalogue.

Does the wide-fender extension clear the Performante's widened factory track?
Yes. The Venatus S fender extension was dimensioned specifically to the Performante's 16 mm-per-side-wider track as well as to the narrower Urus S track. The kit fits both variants without dimensional change.

Can I retain the Performante's factory carbon-fibre roof and bonnet?
The Mansory dry-carbon bonnet replaces the factory carbon-fibre bonnet on Performante donors. The roof is not a Mansory replacement item — the factory Performante carbon-fibre roof remains in place unchanged.

Is the central-outlet exhaust homologated for EU on-road use?
The central-outlet exhaust requires re-certification in EU markets. The workshop supplies the certification paperwork at order time. In UAE, Saudi Arabia and other Gulf markets the exhaust ships without re-certification requirement. The US specification carries a separate OBD-compatibility check.

Does the Stage 2 tune affect the Lamborghini powertrain warranty?
Yes. The Stage 2 tune requires non-factory hardware (the Mansory downpipe) and modifies ECU calibration beyond the reversible-soft-tune threshold. Powertrain warranty coverage lapses on tuned Stage 2 donors. The Stage 1 tune is calibration-only and is reversible; in most markets the Stage 1 warranty impact is limited to the coverage period when the tune is active, with restoration to factory cal restoring warranty terms.

Does the kit interfere with Lamborghini's factory off-road mode (Terra, Sabbia, Neve)?
No. The Venatus S kit is bodywork and does not modify the Urus's chassis control system, differential mapping or terrain-mode logic. The kit adds mild approach-angle reduction at the front (approximately one degree) — owners using off-road modes regularly tend toward the factory bumper retained, though these cases are rare in the Venatus S order book.
