The Ferrari SF90 Stradale is Maranello's first series-production plug-in hybrid and the first road Ferrari to crest 1000 cv. Mansory's answer is a programme it calls F9XX: a coordinated forged-carbon aero package that reshapes the SF90's front, rear, flanks and engine cover without touching the powertrain. This page covers the F9XX kit for the SF90 Stradale coupe; for the open-top car see the matching F9XX programme for the SF90 Spider and the SF90 Spider F9XX kit.
The kit is supplied as a coordinated aero programme. Every panel is wind-tunnel-developed against the original SF90 body so the seams sit flush and the underbody airflow paths stay intact.

Every visible-fibre panel is autoclave-cured forged carbon and supplied in the signature Mansory raw-weave finish — glossy as standard, matte on request. Hidden mounting flanges are reinforced FRP for durability, not show-only carbon. If you prefer fully body-colour paint over visible weave, the same F9XX panels are available in primed FRP at a meaningful cost saving. Ask for the FRP variant when configuring the order.
Mansory pairs the F9XX with its YT.5 Air one-piece forged wheels — ultra-light, machined to mirror the SF90's aero theme. The reference fitment is 9.5×21" front with 255/30 ZR21 and 12×22" rear with 335/25 ZR22, typically in gloss black or bespoke finishes. The Hodoor forged wheels collection lists current finishes and can be configured to the SF90's exact offset to clear the F9XX front fender vents. The F9XX is an aero, not a widebody programme — the fender extensions give the new wheel-and-tyre package the room it needs without altering the SF90's factory track width.
Mansory does not publish a sealed power upgrade for the SF90's plug-in hybrid powertrain as part of the F9XX programme; the kit is a body and aero package. Ferrari's own 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 plus three-motor hybrid system already delivers 1000 cv, 0–100 km/h in 2.5 seconds and a 340 km/h top speed from the factory, and the F9XX bodywork is engineered to keep that stable at high speed, not to add headline horsepower.
The F9XX kit is engineered as a direct bolt-on for the SF90 Stradale (coupe, 2019–present). Installation time at a trained body shop is under 8 hours for the full exterior programme, excluding paint-prep on the panels you choose to colour-match. No permanent cuts, no welding — the kit can be removed and the original SF90 body restored if needed. For the open-top car, the correct page is the SF90 Spider F9XX programme.
Mansory has built carbon programmes for most modern mid-engined Ferraris. The SF90 F9XX sits at the top of that lineage:
Background on every Mansory SF90 build sits on the Mansory SF90 blog page.
Three things change when the F9XX programme goes on an SF90. First, the F9XX bumpers and race flaps turn a stock-body SF90 — already a very visually quiet car — into something that reads as purpose-built at a glance. Second, the aero package works: wind-tunnel-developed front intakes, side splitters and the double rear diffuser reduce lift and keep the rear planted above 250 km/h, which is exactly where a factory SF90 starts to feel busy. Third, the F9XX is rare. Production is individually configured per car and no two complete F9XXs leave Brand-Erbisdorf identical, which is the point.
Hodoor ships the Mansory F9XX programme for the SF90 Stradale worldwide from our European hub. The SF90 market concentrates in a handful of regions, and we have logistics, customs paperwork and installer contacts already in place in most of them.
Every shipment leaves with insured tracking and destination-specific paperwork. Email [email protected] with your VIN and we will quote a full-kit price landed at your door, including painting if you want us to handle it end-to-end.
Does the F9XX kit fit the SF90 Spider?
Front fenders, engine bonnet, side skirts and race flaps are shared, but the rear bumper and rear deck differ because of the retractable roof. For the open-top car the right page is the SF90 Spider programme.
Is the F9XX a widebody kit?
No — it is an aero programme. The fenders add enough arch clearance for the YT.5 Air wheel-and-tyre package but do not change the SF90's factory track width. For true widebody Ferraris see the 488 Siracusa 4XX or the F8 Tributo programme.
Forged carbon vs FRP — what is the difference?
Forged carbon costs more, shows the signature Mansory raw-weave look under primer, and is how most F9XXs leave the shop. FRP is paint-only, lighter on the wallet, and the right call if you are colour-matching every panel anyway.
Does the F9XX kit change the SF90's power output?
No. The F9XX is body and aero only — the SF90's hybrid 1000 cv powertrain is unchanged. The bodywork is engineered to keep that power usable at high speed, not to add to it.
Can I order single F9XX parts?
Yes. Front bumper, rear bumper, engine bonnet, rear wing, race flaps, mirror housings and side skirts are all available as standalone SKUs. We confirm the right SKUs against your VIN before shipping.
What wheel options work with the F9XX fenders?
Mansory's YT.5 Air in 9.5×21" / 12×22" is the reference fitment. Most forged wheels in the Hodoor forged wheels collection can be configured for the SF90's bolt pattern and the F9XX's arch clearances — we confirm exact offsets per car before order.
