MANSORY Stallone V2 — the second-generation carbon programme for the Ferrari 812

The Ferrari 812 Superfast is Maranello's last front-engined naturally-aspirated V12 — 6.5 litres, 800 cv, no hybrid help, no twin turbos. The open-top 812 GTS revived the front-engined V12 spider after a fifty-year absence. Mansory's Stallone V2 is the second generation of its dedicated 812 programme, designed to give both bodies a unified carbon-first language without losing the long-bonnet, low-deck proportion that defines the car.

If you are looking at the original Stallone build, see the first-generation Stallone for the 812 Superfast. The Stallone V2 page below covers the unified Superfast + GTS programme; for the standalone GTS-only kit see the 812 Stallone GTS, and for the soft-kit conversion see the 812 Softkit.

What's included in the Stallone V2 body kit

The kit is supplied as a coordinated 812 programme. Every panel is engineered against the original body so the seams sit flush and the long-bonnet line is preserved.

Front:

  • Front kit 812 in forged carbon — full bumper replacement integrating S-duct intakes
  • Front bumper splitter in forged carbon, tuned for front-axle downforce at the speeds the V12 will pull
  • Front fenders in forged carbon, with integrated brake-cooling ducts
  • Front light air vents (top) in forged carbon

Sides:

  • Side skirts continuing the lower-body line into the rear diffuser
  • Side panels in forged carbon
  • Outer door handles in carbon
  • Mirror LHD cover for GTS, mirror LHD housing for GTS, plus the latest revised mirror LHD housing for GTS

Rear:

  • Rear kit 812 GTS in forged carbon — bumper replacement with integrated diffuser, shared between Superfast and GTS bodies
  • Rear spoiler 812 GTS in forged carbon
  • Rear wing 812 GTS in forged carbon, tuned against the V12's high-speed balance
  • Rear bumper air-outtake grilles in forged carbon
  • Rear-light carbon covers

Materials & construction

Every visible-fibre component is autoclave-cured forged carbon, primed without clear coat in the signature Mansory raw-weave finish — glossy as standard, matte on request. The Stallone V2 is positioned as an aero programme, not a widebody build: the side panels and fenders re-draw the lower-body line and add brake-cooling vents, but the 812's factory track is unchanged. Hidden mounting flanges are reinforced FRP for daily-driver durability. If you prefer body-colour paint over visible weave, the same panels are available in primed FRP at a meaningful cost saving.

Wheels & performance options

Mansory pairs the 812 programme with its forged wheels in the 21–22" range, configured to clear the V2 fender geometry and the GTS rear diffuser. See the Hodoor forged wheels collection for current finishes; we configure offsets per car.

On the engine side, Mansory references a tuned package raising V12 output toward the 830 hp mark — about 30 hp over Ferrari's factory 800 cv — via ECU and exhaust upgrades. The 812 is already one of the fastest naturally-aspirated road cars ever built (0–100 km/h in 2.9 seconds, top speed 340 km/h); the Mansory tune is a careful step on top of that rather than a re-engineering. Discuss exact spec at order stage.

Fitment & installation

The Stallone V2 is engineered as a direct bolt-on for the Ferrari 812 Superfast (2017–2022) and the 812 GTS (2019–present). Installation time at a trained body shop is under 8 hours for the full exterior programme, plus paint-prep on the panels you choose to colour-match. No permanent cuts, no welding — the kit can be removed and the original 812 body restored if the car is ever moved on.

How this kit compares to other Mansory Ferrari programmes

Mansory has built carbon programmes for almost every modern Ferrari. The Stallone V2 is the front-engined V12 flagship of that lineage:

Why upgrade your Ferrari 812

Three things change when the Stallone V2 goes on an 812. First, visual presence: a stock 812 is still a quiet shape next to a Mansory build — the V2 front kit, fenders, side skirts and GTS rear bumper turn it into something that reads as bespoke at a glance. Second, real aero: the front splitter, side skirts and GTS-spec wing were tuned together rather than as standalone panels, which matters at the speeds an 812 reaches without any effort. Third, rarity. The 812 itself is a low-volume car; a full Stallone V2 build is a tiny fraction of the global fleet, and is almost certainly the only one at any track day or concours you take it to.

FAQ

Does the Stallone V2 fit both 812 Superfast and 812 GTS?
Yes. The V2 programme was redesigned around shared parts between the two bodies — front kit, fenders, splitter, side panels and GTS-spec rear bumper all bolt to either chassis. Some GTS-specific items (mirrors, wing) are clearly marked.

What is the difference vs the original Stallone (V1)?
The original Stallone for the 812 Superfast was a coupe-only build with earlier panel geometry. The V2 unifies Superfast + GTS into one programme and uses the newer GTS-spec rear bumper, wing and mirrors across both bodies.

Is the Stallone V2 a widebody kit?
No — it is an aero / carbon-conversion programme. The 812 keeps its factory track. For Mansory's truly widebody Ferraris see the 488 Siracusa 4XX or the F8 Tributo programme.

Forged carbon vs FRP — what is the difference?
Forged carbon costs more, shows the signature Mansory raw-weave under primer, and is how most Stallone V2s leave the shop. FRP is paint-only, lighter on the wallet, and the right choice if you are colour-matching every panel anyway.

Can I order single parts (rear wing only, mirrors only)?
Yes. Every item — front kit, splitter, fenders, side panels, side skirts, GTS rear bumper, rear wing, mirror LHD housing (latest revision), door handles and rear-light covers — is available as a standalone SKU.

What wheel options work with the V2 fenders and GTS diffuser?
Mansory forged wheels in 21–22" are the reference fitment. Most forged wheels in the Hodoor forged wheels collection can be configured for the 812's bolt pattern and the V2's arch and diffuser clearances.
