The BMW 7-Series F01 (SWB) and F02 (LWB) generation ran from late 2008 to mid-2015 as the fifth-generation Sieben. The F-chassis introduced two engine families that would carry through into Rolls-Royce: the N63 4.4 twin-turbo V8 (later carried into the Wraith and Dawn) and the N74 6.0 twin-turbo V12 (later bored to 6.6 for Goodwood applications). The F04 ActiveHybrid 7 added a third path — the same N63 V8 with a 15 kW e-motor between engine and ZF 8HP. The Mansory programme covers all three F-chassis donors across pre-LCI (2008-2012) and post-LCI (2012-2015) production phases. The successor G11 / G12 page handles 2015-2022 cars (including the M760Li V12 Final Edition); the current G70 page covers 2022+.
The F-chassis Sieben sat on a steel-aluminium hybrid floorpan shared, in floorpan terms only, with the original Rolls-Royce Ghost (RR4 chassis). The 7-Series version was BMW's first to introduce a carbon-fibre roof structure as a factory option on long-wheelbase trims. Wheelbase: 3 070 mm (F01 SWB) / 3 210 mm (F02 LWB). Length: 5 072 mm (F01) / 5 212 mm (F02). Width: 1 902 mm. Kerb weight: 1 870 kg (730d) / 2 070 kg (750Li xDrive) / 2 180 kg (760Li).
BMW facelifted the F-chassis in mid-2012: redrawn front bumper, redesigned kidney grille slats, LED headlight cluster option introduced, horizontal LED tail-light signature, revised rear bumper. Mechanical changes: N63 V8 lifted to 449 hp, N57 diesel updated to twin-turbo, EPS power steering replaced the earlier hydraulic system on most variants. The Mansory kit handles both phases through two separate front-bumper SKUs: pre-LCI (2008-2012) and post-LCI (2012-2015). Rear bumper, side skirts, mirror housings, bonnet and boot-lid spoiler are common across both. The post-LCI bumper is more-commissioned because the LCI's revised LED signature pairs naturally with the workshop's lower-splitter treatment.
Every visible-fibre component is autoclave-cured pre-preg twill carbon, finished in clear-coat gloss with the weave deliberately visible by default. Matte clear, painted body-colour and stealth-primer finishes are available on commission. Narrow-body schedule — OEM track width preserved. Hidden mounting flanges are reinforced FRP for daily-driver durability.
Body-shop install on the full kit runs 3 to 4 working days. Factory BMW Adaptive Drive, Integral Active Steering, Driving Assistant Plus and Night Vision are all preserved.
The 760Li's N74 V12 is the engine that later seeded the Rolls-Royce N74 family. The Mansory kit is bodywork-only on the 760Li by default; an N74 stage-1 calibration is available on commission as a separate item and lifts the 760Li to roughly 620 hp / 850 Nm. Take-rate on this tune is low because the 760Li's collector trajectory and chauffeur-hybrid use pattern do not reward additional power. Most 760Li commissions ship with factory output preserved.
The 750i / 750Li xDrive runs the N63 V8. A Mansory N63 stage-1 calibration lifts the post-LCI engine to approximately 540 hp / 750 Nm; commission take-rate on this tune is roughly 25% on 750i orders. The 740i and 740Li accept a stage-1 N54 / N55 tune lifting the inline-six from 326 hp to approximately 380 hp. The 730d diesel donor is preserved factory by default. The F04 ActiveHybrid 7 hybrid drivetrain is preserved factory across the board. Factory rear air suspension (single-axle EHC on inline-six trims, two-axle on V8 / V12) is preserved; the Mansory lowering module interfaces with the EHC target-height controller and offsets factory ride height (~35% take-rate on F01 / F02 programmes).
Factory F01 / F02 wheels run 18" or 19" standard, 20" optional on M Sport / 750Li / 760Li trims. Mansory's F-chassis offering is 21" forged on the BMW 5x120 PCD with the standard 72.6 mm centre bore. A 22" option is available on commission for owners prioritising visual aggression over LWB rear-passenger ride quality. Tyre fitment for the 21" wheel: 245/40 R21 front, 285/35 R21 rear in stagger; 265/40 R21 across both axles in flat fitment. Patterns: YN.5 double-Y, FD.16 dual-spoke concave, M.7 classic multi-spoke. Load ratings reflect the worst-case 760Li kerb weight of 2 180 kg; the wheel clears the OEM Brembo six-piston front calipers without spacers. The F01 / F02 commission book in 2026 reflects a generation that is now ten to seventeen years old. The buyer profile has shifted from first-delivery showroom buyers to second-and-third-owner enthusiast collectors and long-hold luxury-saloon households. Shipping corridors:
The F01 / F02 sits at the head of a now-five-generation Mansory Sieben lineage: this F-chassis page (2008-2015), the G11 / G12 page (2015-2022), and the G70 page (2022+). On the BMW SUV side, the X6 F16 sits chronologically alongside the F01 / F02 generation, and the X5 E70 covers the SUV companion of the same era. F02 households often commission a matching BMW XM for a coordinated current-generation pair.

WhatsApp +44 7488 818747 handles fastest turnaround. Lead time: carbon panel set 5-6 weeks; body-shop install 3-4 working days; V12 stage-1 tune 3 weeks; V8 stage-1 tune 2 weeks; 21" forged wheel set 4 weeks. Total deposit-to-driveable: 8-10 weeks. Hodoor coordinates door-to-door international logistics across all listed corridors.
Will the F01 / F02 panel set fit a 2015+ G11 / G12 7-Series?
No. The G11 / G12 is a generational reset with redesigned bodyshell, repositioned wheel arches, redrawn front and rear clip and an entirely new floorpan. F01 / F02 panels do not align with the G11 / G12 bodyshell. G11 / G12 commissions route to the G11 / G12 page; G70 commissions route to the G70 page.
Is the F02 760Li V12 still serviceable in 2026?
Yes. BMW dealer parts supply on the N74B60 V12 remains solid; the N74 family stayed in production for Rolls-Royce applications until 2024 and shared substantial parts inventory with the F02 760Li. Specialist BMW independents service the F-chassis V12 routinely; oil-service intervals are 24 months / 25 000 km in standard use.
Does the Mansory kit affect Adaptive Drive or Integral Active Steering?
No. Both systems run through subframe actuators and ECUs that are not touched by an exterior body programme. Factory anti-roll calibration and rear-wheel-steering behaviour are preserved at OEM specification.
Does the F04 ActiveHybrid 7 accept the Mansory kit?
Yes — the F04 shares its bodyshell with the F02 LWB. Body-panel SKUs transfer across; the rear apron uses the F02 V8 cutout because the F04's exhaust footprint matches the 750Li xDrive. The hybrid drivetrain is preserved factory and is not tuned in the Mansory programme on this generation. The N74 V12 stage-1 calibration on 760Li donors is ECU-reflashable and fully reversible on factory return.
