The Bentley Bentayga is Crewe's first true SUV and, since its 2020 facelift, the first Bentayga built around the new W12 / V8 exterior language with redesigned headlights, bumpers and tailgate. The Mansory programme for this generation is a full widebody build: a 14-part body extension across both axles, forged-carbon front and rear bumpers, and a deep catalogue of optional carbon panels that together transform the facelift Bentayga into the most visually-committed luxury SUV at the kerb.
This page covers the Bentayga V8 2020 programme. For the twelve-cylinder car see the matching W12 facelift programme. For the pre-facelift 2016–2019 car there are two earlier programmes — the original Bentayga kit and the first-generation widebody.
The kit is supplied as a coordinated widebody programme rather than a loose set of parts. Every panel is engineered against the facelift Bentayga body so the seams sit flush and the car keeps its factory lighting, sensor and washer geometry.
Core widebody (standard kit):
Optional exterior carbon catalogue:
Every visible-fibre component is autoclave-cured forged carbon, primed without clear coat in the signature Mansory raw-weave finish — glossy as standard, matte on request. The 14-part body extension set uses reinforced hidden flanges for daily-driver durability: a Bentayga sees real kilometres, real kerbs and real motorways, and the mounting geometry is built around that rather than around a show-car weekend. If you prefer body-colour paint over visible weave on the extensions, they are available in primed FRP at a meaningful cost saving — ask for the FRP variant when configuring the order.
Mansory specifies the Bentayga V8 2020 programme around forged wheels in the 22–23 inch range, with the 23" set fitting the widebody fenders most naturally. The Hodoor forged wheels collection lists current finishes and can be configured for the Bentayga's 5×112 bolt pattern with the correct offset to clear the new arch extensions. On the engine side, Mansory offers ECU and sport-exhaust packages for the Bentayga's 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 at order stage. Bentley's own 2020 V8 already delivers 542 hp and 568 lb-ft from the factory; Mansory's package builds on top of that rather than replacing the drivetrain.
The V8 2020 programme is engineered as a direct bolt-on for the facelift Bentayga (2020–2022+). It does not interchange with the pre-facelift 2016–2019 body — bumper lights, grille cut-outs and tailgate geometry all moved at the facelift, which is why Mansory published a separate programme for each body. Installation time at a trained body shop is under 8 hours for the core kit (front bumper, 14-part extension, rear bumper); the optional carbon catalogue adds time based on how many panels you take.
No permanent cuts, no welding — the kit can be removed and the original Bentayga body restored if the car is ever moved on.
Mansory has built programmes for almost every modern Bentley platform. The Bentayga V8 2020 kit sits in the middle of the Bentayga lineage:
Full background on the Bentayga programme sits on the Mansory Bentayga blog, with parallel reading on the Continental GT and Flying Spur programmes.
Three things change when the Mansory programme goes on a facelift Bentayga. First, visual width: the 14-part body extension lets the car run a proper 23" wheel-and-tyre package without rubbing, and the widened shoulder line is what separates a Mansory Bentayga from a factory Bentayga at 20 metres. Second, carbon detail everywhere — bonnet stripe, splitters, mirror covers, grille, D-pillar. A stock facelift Bentayga has only token carbon; a Mansory build reads as carbon-first. Third, rarity. Bentayga production numbers are small to begin with; Mansory Bentaygas are a tiny fraction of those — a daily-driven widebody carbon Bentayga is still a rare thing at any international event.
Hodoor ships the Mansory programme for the Bentayga V8 2020 worldwide from our European hub. Bentayga ownership concentrates in specific corridors and we have logistics, customs paperwork and installer contacts already in place in most of them.
Every shipment leaves with insured tracking and destination-specific paperwork. Email [email protected] with your VIN and we will quote a full-kit price landed at your door, including painting if you want us to handle it end-to-end.
Will this kit fit my pre-facelift Bentayga (2016–2019)?
No. The facelift programme is built for the redesigned 2020+ bumpers, headlights and tailgate. For the pre-facelift body the correct pages are the original Bentayga kit and the first-generation widebody.
Does this kit fit my W12 2020 Bentayga?
Most panels are shared, but the rear bumper and air-outtake geometry differ between V8 and W12 cars. For the W12 see the dedicated W12 2020 programme. We confirm the right SKUs against your VIN before shipping.
How much wider does the 14-part body extension make the car?
Mansory publishes the extension as a visual-width programme rather than a homologated track-width change. Expect a clearly wider shoulder line at a glance and enough arch clearance for a 23" forged wheel-and-tyre package — we confirm exact offsets per car before order.
Forged carbon vs FRP — what's the difference?
Forged carbon costs more, shows the signature Mansory raw-weave look under primer, and is the iconic Mansory finish. FRP is paint-only, lighter on the wallet, and the right choice if you are colour-matching every panel anyway.
Can I order single parts (front splitter only, D-pillar only)?
Yes. Every item in the optional catalogue — bonnet, splitters, mirror covers, roof spoiler, D-pillar, decklid spoiler, illuminated grille — is available as a standalone SKU. The core widebody (front bumper + 14-part extension + rear bumper) is also sold as a bundle if you want the widebody look without the full carbon package.
What wheel options work with the wider arches?
Mansory forged wheels in 22–23" are the reference fitment. Most forged wheels in the Hodoor forged wheels collection can be configured for the Bentayga's bolt pattern and the widebody arch clearances.
