The Audi RSQ8 Facelift arrived in 2024 as the mid-cycle restyle of Audi Sport's performance SUV on MLB Evo platform. The facelift brought three headline changes: a revised front-end with digital OLED matrix headlights and a new Singleframe grille graphic that took the Q8 line closer to the current A-sedan visual language; revised rear lamps featuring a connected light-bar signature; and a new RSQ8 Performance top-trim specification raising output from the pre-facelift 600 hp to 640 hp / 850 Nm at 2,200-4,500 rpm. Factory top speed with the Dynamic Plus package is 305 km/h — the highest-top-speed Audi SUV ever produced. 0-100 km/h in 3.6 seconds on Performance trim. The Mansory programme is specifically dimensioned against the facelift-revised front and rear geometry — pre-facelift Mansory tooling is a separate SKU covered by the older RSQ8 pre-facelift programme.
The RSQ8 Facelift's digital OLED matrix headlight geometry and the revised Singleframe grille shape are materially different from the pre-facelift geometry — the Mansory front bumper tooling for the pre-facelift RSQ8 does not fit the facelift car without SKU-level revision. Mansory re-tooled the front bumper, the bonnet-to-bumper joint line and the front fender-vent bezel to accommodate the new front-end. The rear tooling was similarly re-dimensioned against the revised rear-lamp connected-light-bar graphic. Owners of facelift RSQ8 / RSQ8 Performance cars must order against this specific SKU to preserve the factory digital OLED matrix articulation and the factory light-bar graphic; pre-facelift tooling is incompatible.
Material: PU-RIM with visible carbon weave as standard; full dry-carbon upgrade available. Install runs six to seven shop days. The programme preserves factory digital OLED matrix headlight articulation, factory connected-light-bar rear-lamp graphic, and factory night-vision cameras in the front bumper (if optioned).
The RSQ8 Facelift runs the 4.0 TFSI twin-turbo V8 (EA825, shared with the Lamborghini Urus, Porsche Cayenne Turbo, Bentley Bentayga V8, VW Touareg R) with 48V mild-hybrid. Base facelift RSQ8: 600 hp / 800 Nm. RSQ8 Performance: 640 hp / 850 Nm at 2,200-4,500 rpm. 8-speed ZF torque-converter auto. quattro AWD with rear limited-slip sport differential. Dynamic Plus package raises factory top speed from 250 km/h (limited) to 305 km/h. 0-100 km/h 3.8 s base, 3.6 s Performance. Mansory body programme is bodywork only. Mansory EA825 stage-1 tune available as separate workshop SKU and raises Performance to approximately 720 hp / 950 Nm. Stage-1 retains factory TÜV headroom for EU single-vehicle acceptance (German RSQ8 Facelift commissions route through Mansory TÜV certification pack by default).
Factory RSQ8 Facelift ships on 22"/23" (Performance trim on 23" as standard). Mansory's forged wheel offering extends to 24" as optional commission choice — the wide-body fender flares accommodate 24" without wheelarch clearance issues at factory air-spring normal ride height. Tyre spec: Continental SportContact 7, Pirelli P Zero. Full range at Hodoor forged wheels.
The RSQ8 Facelift commission book tracks the performance-SUV buyer profile globally, with facelift-specific commission weight concentrated in markets where the 2024+ facelift model year is in active delivery:
Germany home-market. Ingolstadt, Munich, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Düsseldorf, Berlin. RSQ8 Facelift commissions are the single largest volume in the European Mansory book — the facelift delivers in Germany from mid-2024 at scale. Typical German commission: Performance trim, full wide-body, stage-1, 23" forged. TÜV certification pack specified on virtually all German commissions.
Gulf corridor. UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait. Gulf commissions specify full-aggressive wide-body with dry-carbon, stage-1 tune, 24" forged. Year-round use (garage-to-garage air-conditioned mobility pattern).
UK, France, Italy, Switzerland, Benelux. London, Paris, Milan, Geneva / Zurich, Amsterdam. European non-German commissions tend toward narrow-body (no fender flares) spec with visible-weave carbon — preserving the factory Audi RSQ8 silhouette rather than adding wide-body conversion.
USA, Asia, Russia / CIS. USA RSQ8 Facelift commissions concentrate in LA / Miami / NYC-metro. China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Thailand. Russia / CIS through the Tsar programme.
The RSQ8 Facelift sits alongside the MLB Evo platform family in the Mansory catalogue: Lamborghini Urus base, Urus Soft Kit, Urus Venatus EVO, Porsche Cayenne Coupé, Bentley Bentayga. The RSQ8 Facelift programme also sits against the RSQ8 pre-facelift programme as the sibling SKU for 2020-2023 production cars.
Full RSQ8 Facelift wide-body kit: six to seven weeks from the workshop. Dry-carbon upgrade: adds two weeks. EA825 stage-1 tune: two weeks. TÜV certification pack (German commissions): two-to-three weeks. 23"/24" forged wheel set: four weeks. Email [email protected] or WhatsApp +44 7488 818747 with your VIN (confirming model year 2024+ facelift), the trim (RSQ8 / RSQ8 Performance), the kit scope (wide-body / narrow-body), material tier, wheel size, tune preference, TÜV preference, and OEM Audi paint code.
Will pre-facelift RSQ8 Mansory bumpers fit a facelift RSQ8?
No. The facelift OLED matrix headlights and revised Singleframe grille graphic change the front-bumper-to-headlight joint line and the grille-surround geometry. Pre-facelift Mansory tooling physically does not fit. Order against this facelift-specific SKU to ensure correct front-end fit. Same applies to the rear bumper — the revised rear-lamp connected-light-bar geometry requires the facelift-specific rear bumper SKU.
Are the digital OLED matrix headlights' adaptive functions preserved?
Yes. The Mansory facelift-specific front bumper preserves all digital OLED matrix articulation — the factory daytime-running-light graphic, the adaptive high-beam pattern, the welcome-sequence animation and the dynamic turn signal are all preserved at factory function.
Is the RSQ8 Performance's 305 km/h factory top speed affected?
No. Factory aerodynamic lift calibration at the 305 km/h Dynamic Plus top speed is preserved with the Mansory kit installed — the wide-body fender flares do not destabilise the factory aerodynamic balance. Dynamic Plus-specification tyres (Continental SportContact with Y-rating) remain required for the 305 km/h top speed.
Does the 48V MHEV system interact with the kit?
No. The Mansory kit is bodywork only and does not interact with the 48V belt-driven starter-generator or the factory mild-hybrid electrical architecture. Factory coasting mode, factory regen and factory start-stop behaviour are preserved.
What's the difference versus the Urus on the same platform?
Same MLB Evo chassis, same 4.0 TFSI V8 (EA825), different body-in-white and different cabin identity. The Urus is the Lamborghini-branded performance SUV with wide-body factory track width and more aggressive factory-bumper geometry; the RSQ8 is the Audi-branded variant with narrower factory track, the Q8 coupé-influenced roofline, and Audi Singleframe front-end identity. Mansory commissions tend to match brand preference — Lamborghini-household buyers go Urus, Audi-household buyers go RSQ8 Facelift.
