Mansory Elongation Carbon Fiber Body kit for Tesla Cybertruck

MANSORY Elongation — the only Cybertruck programme on the market

The Tesla Cybertruck is unique territory for Mansory. The donor body is stainless-steel exoskeleton, not painted sheet metal — there is no paint to colour-match, no clear-coat to chip, no body lines to follow in the conventional sense. Mansory's Elongation programme is the first complete widebody build released for it: a full carbon over-body that adds 40 mm of width per side on the standard kit, 60 mm per side on the Elongation EVO variant, with carbon panels designed to read against the unfinished stainless surfaces rather than disappear into them. The build covers all three Cybertruck trims — RWD, AWD and the 845-hp tri-motor Cyberbeast — and includes a recalibrated air-suspension module so the carbon body lines clear the wider 26-inch wheel package.

Sister Tesla build in our catalogue: the Mansory Tesla Model S programme. Reference photography and the full Cybertruck build history sits on the Mansory Tesla Cybertruck blog.

Body kit — what's in the Elongation set

Carbon panels are hand-laid in dry weave and finished raw or with custom paint. Pieces attach to the Cybertruck's mounting points or to factory adhesive lines that release cleanly. The Elongation kit does not modify the Cybertruck's exoskeleton — every panel is an external addition.

Front:

  • Full carbon front bumper with integrated LED light bar spanning the full vehicle width
  • Redesigned angular nose elements
  • Carbon hood overlays

Sides:

  • Carbon over-fenders — +40 mm per side standard / +60 mm per side on the Elongation EVO
  • Carbon side panels
  • Carbon running boards

Rear:

  • Carbon diffuser
  • Tailgate-mounted spoiler
  • Dual rear wings

Roof:

  • Roof-mounted LED light bar

Wheels and ride height:

  • 26-inch FD.15 forged aluminium alloy wheels, 11" wide
  • Recommended tyre 315/40 R26, front and rear
  • Mansory air-suspension module — recalibrates ride height to clear the 26" wheels and the wider over-fenders

Cabin:

  • Full leather upholstery (specification to taste)
  • Quilted seats with embroidered Mansory lettering
  • Carbon trim pieces — bespoke per build

Standard vs Elongation EVO

The two versions of the kit are identical in part count and concept; the difference is geometry. Standard Elongation widens the truck by 40 mm per side (80 mm total over OEM); Elongation EVO widens by 60 mm per side (120 mm total). EVO is the visually dominant build — the over-fenders sit further proud of the doors — and is the one that pairs cleanly with the heaviest Cyberbeast track stance. The carbon panels themselves are different SKUs between the two; you cannot upgrade a standard Elongation truck to EVO without re-ordering the fender set.

What this build does to the Cybertruck visually

The Cybertruck's stock body is dimensioned around hard 30-degree planes; almost every other kit on the market either tries to soften those edges or to add chrome accents that fight the geometry. Mansory's choice with Elongation is the opposite — the carbon panels keep the same hard angle vocabulary and amplify it. The over-fenders are flat-faced wedges, not curved arches. The front bumper is a single flat carbon plane with the LED bar embedded inline. The rear diffuser is a stepped carbon shelf rather than a finned aero piece. The result is a build that reads as a continuation of the donor's design language, not a contradiction of it. That is why this is the only Cybertruck programme that has held its ground in the press cycle since the truck shipped — the visual logic survives at any angle.

Powertrain — Mansory does not touch the drive unit

This is a carbon body and wheel programme. The Cybertruck's electric drivetrain stays exactly as Tesla shipped it: dual-motor AWD on the AWD truck, tri-motor on the Cyberbeast (845 hp, 0–60 mph in 2.6 s). All Tesla software and driver-assistance systems are recalibrated by the Mansory-certified facility after the body work and air-suspension module are installed, so Autopilot, Enhanced Autopilot and FSD continue to function. The recalibration is part of the install fee, not a separate option.

Where this kit travels — short answer

The Cybertruck is a US-market vehicle. Tesla has not yet released it for sale in MENA, Europe or most of Asia, so the donor itself is harder to find than the kit. The Elongation orders we ship break down into two destinations almost exclusively: the United States (the largest installed Cybertruck base by orders of magnitude — we ship to the customer's nearest Mansory-certified facility) and the Gulf grey-import market, principally UAE and Saudi Arabia, where collectors are bringing in Cybertrucks privately on US-spec papers. The Tsar programme covers Russia and the wider CIS for the small number of grey-import Cybertrucks landing in Moscow. Outside these three corridors, this is currently a special-order build — talk to us before placing the order so we can confirm the delivery facility and the local certification on the Tesla software re-calibration.

Ordering & lead time

Standard Elongation install runs 8–12 working days at the Mansory-certified facility once the carbon set is on site. Elongation EVO runs 12–16 working days because the over-fender mounts are deeper. Carbon production lead time from the workshop is six to eight weeks for a full set. Pricing for the complete exterior package starts at roughly $80,000–$85,000 USD/EUR before paint, wheels and install — exact spec-out is per VIN. Email [email protected] or WhatsApp +44 7488 818747 with your VIN and trim (RWD / AWD / Cyberbeast) and we will quote landed including paint, wheels, air-suspension module and the install booking. New Mansory releases sit on the Hodoor Mansory blog.

FAQ

Does the kit fit all three Cybertruck trims?
Yes — RWD, AWD and Cyberbeast share the same body and the same suspension hardpoints. The carbon panels and the air-suspension module are common across the three.

Why does Mansory require a certified facility for install?
Two reasons. First, Tesla's Autopilot, Enhanced Autopilot and FSD systems use cameras and sensors that have to be re-calibrated after the wider over-fenders and the new bumper geometry are in place; this is a Tesla-spec procedure. Second, the air-suspension module ride-height recalibration has to be matched to the wheel and tyre package, and that calibration is held at Mansory-certified shops only.

Can I keep the OEM Cybertruck wheels?
No. The OEM 20" wheel and tyre package will not fill the widened over-fenders, and the air-suspension module is calibrated specifically for the 26" FD.15 set with the 315/40 tyre. The kit ships as a system.

Standard or EVO — which to pick?
Standard reads as a Cybertruck with a carbon spec; EVO reads as a Mansory build first and a Cybertruck second. EVO is the right choice if you want the build to be unmistakable in a static photo at any distance. Standard is the right choice if you want the kit to disappear at distance and reveal itself only at close range.

Are paint options available on the carbon panels?
Yes. The Cybertruck's stainless body cannot be painted in any conventional sense, but the Mansory carbon panels can be painted to any colour, wrapped to a custom finish, or left in raw weave. Most builds we ship leave the carbon raw to contrast against the brushed stainless body.

Does the kit affect Tesla warranty?
The Mansory installation does not modify the donor's drivetrain or chassis structure. Tesla warranty policy on after-market body work varies by jurisdiction; the certified install facility supplies the paperwork required for warranty preservation in your market.
