This is the Mansory carbon programme for the Mercedes-Benz C-class W204 facelift sedan and the C204 Coupé sibling — the post-2011 face of Mercedes' compact-executive line. The programme is dimensioned to the facelift bumpers only; pre-2011 W204 sedans carry different bumper geometry and the kit will not fit cleanly. Donor engines covered: M271 1.8 four-cylinder petrol, M651 2.1 diesel four-cylinder, M276 3.5 V6 petrol, M272 3.0 V6 petrol on early-facelift cars, and the M156 6.2 V8 in the C63 AMG sedan and Coupé. Body parts are common across all donor engines; the exhaust system specifies separately for the C63 AMG only.
Owners with a pre-facelift W204 (2007–2011) want a different fitment — Mansory does not catalogue a pre-facelift kit, the bumper architecture is too different. Owners on the next-generation W205 C-class (2014–2021) run a separate Mansory programme; that one shares no panels with this kit.
The W204 was the first compact-executive Mercedes built to genuinely contest the BMW E90 3-Series at scale, and the C63 AMG variant — particularly the post-facelift Coupé with the M156 V8 — was the cult car of the AMG line in the early 2010s. By 2014 Mercedes had moved to the W205 generation, but the W204 facelift cars sit in a price bracket that suits aftermarket carbon language well — the donor is affordable used, the engine is durable, and Mansory's compact-car programme dimensions to the body without a bonded-flare wide build. This is a soft-overlay programme on a compact sedan, not a wide build on a flagship.
The W204 kit is bumper-additive plus bonnet replacement. No fender flares, no track changes, no widening. Reversible at the body in roughly an afternoon if a future owner wants OEM presentation.
Total fitment runs 4 to 6 hours at any competent body shop — bumper additions mount with adhesive primer and OEM-pattern fasteners. The vented bonnet is the only piece that requires panel-paint workflow if the owner specs body-colour finish; lacquered visible-weave bonnets ship paint-ready and need only fitment.
The OEM C63 AMG wheel sits at 18" front / 19" rear; the Mansory M-series fully forged 19" wheel matches the rear OEM size and squares the fitment front and rear. On non-AMG W204s (the C200, C220, C250, C300 cars) the OEM wheel is typically 17" or 18", and the Mansory 19" requires a small fender lip roll on the rear to clear OEM sidewall on the matched tyre profile. Diamond black, polished silver, gun metal are the catalogue finishes; the wheel range lives at the forged wheel collection.
The W204 kit is body-side. Mansory's Powerbox is offered on the C63 AMG (M156 6.2 V8) only — the module lifts the M156 from a stock 451 PS to roughly 510 PS, with the optional sport exhaust adding a valved-muffler change at the rear. The non-AMG donors (M271, M651, M276, M272) sit in engine families where the factory tuning headroom is small and the cost-benefit of a piggyback module does not work as well; Mansory does not catalogue Powerbox modules for those engines on the W204 chassis. Owners of M276-engined cars looking for power gains run that conversation through specialist Mercedes tuners (Brabus, RENNtech) rather than through Mansory.
The Mansory cabin set on the W204 is small — sport steering wheel with carbon spoke-back, metal pedals, carbon inlays for the centre stack and door pulls. The OEM W204 dashboard architecture and seats stay factory; there is no leather programme, no headliner work, no full retrim. Owners who want an Alcantara conversion or full-leather retrim run that through Brabus's interior catalogue or through a specialist trimmer.

Material and care notes for the lacquered carbon parts are documented in the carbon fibre care guide.
The W204 facelift owner geography is broader than the flagship Mansory products — the cars are affordable used and the geography spreads across European, US-market and Asian buyers. Hodoor World ships the kit to the United Kingdom, Germany, the United States, Hong Kong and the UAE. Pricing on request via [email protected] or WhatsApp +44 7488 818747.
Will the kit fit my pre-facelift W204?
No. The 2007–2011 pre-facelift W204 has different front and rear bumpers, and the Mansory carbon overlay does not align on the older car. There is no Mansory kit for the pre-facelift W204. Pre-facelift owners typically run aftermarket pre-facelift specific kits (Lorinser, Carlsson) or convert the bumpers to facelift before fitting the Mansory kit.
Is the kit registration-legal in Germany?
The body parts are bumper-additive and do not change the car's legal dimensions in TÜV terms. German TÜV agencies process Mansory W204 builds as cosmetic modifications. The 19" wheel option does require a wheel/tyre certification; Mansory supplies the relevant ABE / certificate-of-conformity documents on request with the wheel order.
Can I run the kit on a C63 AMG Black Series?
The C63 AMG Black Series (W204, 2011–2012) is the wide-fender variant of the W204 with bonded fender flares from Mercedes-AMG itself. Most of the Mansory parts will not fit cleanly on the Black Series because the AMG flares occupy the geometry the Mansory kit assumes is OEM-narrow. A Black Series build is bespoke commission only, not catalogue order.
What is the gain from the Powerbox on the C63 AMG?
The Powerbox on the M156 V8 lifts power from 451 PS to approximately 510 PS — about +60 PS. The torque gain is around +60 Nm. The module is reversible, plug-in to the OEM engine harness, and does not modify the ECU mapping itself.
Are 20" wheels available instead of the 19"?
Mansory M-series in 20" diameter exists in the catalogue but is not the matched fitment for the W204. A 20" stagger introduces sidewall stack issues against the W204's OEM speedometer calibration and is not recommended on this chassis. The 19" is the correct dimension.
