MANSORY for the Audi RS7 C8 — the carbon programme on Audi Sport's quattro liftback flagship

The Audi RS7 Sportback (C8 generation, launched 2020) is Audi Sport's liftback RS-flagship — the four-door-coupé-with-hatchback bodystyle that Audi has kept alive through three generations while European rivals have abandoned the liftback silhouette for conventional saloons. The C8 RS7 shares the MLB Evo platform with the Audi A6, A7, A8, and the RS6 Avant estate, with the RS6 Avant carrying the direct drivetrain sister (same 4.0 TFSI V8, same ZF 8-speed, same quattro AWD geometry). The RS7's distinctive positioning — the only current liftback in the super-sedan class — attracts a buyer profile that weights heavily toward all-season daily-driver use across cold-climate markets where the quattro system and the 600 hp / 800 Nm output of the TFSI V8 work together as an all-weather super-sedan. The Mansory RS7 kit is specified against that context: wide-body fender overlays at the 22"/23" fitment, a factory-preserved cooling apron for the V8's intercooler stack, and a winter-use-case compatible material tier across the front-bumper zone.

Donor range — RS7 / RS7 Performance / RS7 GT

  • RS7 Sportback (2020+) — 4.0 TFSI V8 biturbo + 48V MHEV, 600 hp / 800 Nm, 0–100 km/h 3.6 seconds (standard trim)
  • RS7 Performance (2023+) — 630 hp / 850 Nm, revised turbocharger specification, quad-titanium-tailpipe as a factory option. 0–100 km/h 3.4 seconds.
  • RS7 Sportback GT (2024) — limited-edition RS7 variant, 630 hp with revised aero and wheel package. Mansory commissions on RS7 GT donors retain the factory RS GT aero and layer the Mansory dry-carbon programme on top.

The Mansory kit is dimensioned to the C8 bumper geometry as shipped across all three production variants; the RS7 GT's factory rear aero is retained on Mansory RS7 GT commissions (the Mansory rear wing sits on the factory GT rear-deck extension and is cut to match the GT's exclusive rear profile). Pre-facelift (2020–2023) and post-facelift (2024+) front bumpers differ slightly; the workshop ships the appropriate bumper SKU based on production year.

Body conversion — kit parts list

  • Front bumper — carbon-composite full-panel replacement with wide lower air-curtain apertures and integrated splitter
  • Front fender flares (wide-body) — 30 mm overlay extensions front and rear, dimensioned for 22" fitment; 45 mm track-spec variant for 23" fitment
  • Dry-carbon engine bonnet with twin louvre vents extracting heat off the TFSI V8 intercooler stack
  • Carbon side skirts with downforce flow blade extending from the wide-body fender extension
  • Carbon mirror housings
  • Outer door handle inserts — carbon trim (optional)
  • Rear bumper with integrated carbon diffuser (compatible with both factory twin-tailpipe RS7 and factory quad-tailpipe RS7 Performance)
  • Fixed rear wing — dry-carbon, specified on approximately 55% of commissions
  • Boot-lid lip spoiler — dry-carbon alternative to the fixed rear wing for restrained-spec commissions
  • Rear roofline spoiler — extends the liftback roofline into the rear wing's aerodynamic channel

Material: dry carbon on the bonnet, mirror housings, fixed rear wing, boot-lid spoiler, rear roofline spoiler and fender flares; PU-RIM composite with visible carbon on the front bumper, side skirts and rear bumper (full-dry-carbon upgrade available on commission). Install four to six shop days including the wide-body fender-flare integration and wheel alignment to the new track width. The factory RS7's active rear spoiler continues to extend and retract at factory-programmed speed thresholds with the Mansory kit installed (the factory spoiler sits below the boot-lid line and is independent of the Mansory rear wing mounting).

TFSI V8 — Audi Sport's biturbo and Mansory's power path

The RS7 C8 runs the 4.0 TFSI twin-turbo V8 (internal code DJPA on the 600 hp variant, DJPB on the 630 hp Performance variant) with 48-volt mild-hybrid regeneration through a belt-starter-generator. 0–100 km/h is 3.6 seconds on the standard RS7 and 3.4 seconds on the Performance. Top speed is electronically limited to 250 km/h standard, 280 km/h with the Dynamic Package, and 305 km/h with the Dynamic Plus Package. Mansory offers a stage-1 tune for both 600 hp and 630 hp donors that pushes output to approximately 720 hp / 950 Nm with calibrated ZF 8-speed mapping and revised boost-pressure curves. A stage-2 tune (with upgraded intercoolers and downpipes) takes the RS7 to approximately 780 hp. The tune is TÜV-certifiable on request for EU-market commissions.

Factory quattro permanent AWD with the sport rear differential is preserved. Factory adaptive air suspension is preserved at factory function. The Mansory lowering module interfaces with the air-suspension target-height controller and offsets the ride height; approximately 70% of Mansory RS7 commissions specify the lowering module. Factory ceramic-composite front brakes (available as a factory option, standard on RS7 Performance) are preserved, aperture unchanged by the Mansory wheel packaging.

Wheels — 22" and 23" forged on the Audi 5×112 PCD

Factory C8 RS7 wheel sizing ships at 21" standard and 22" on the Dynamic / Dynamic Plus packages. Mansory's forged wheel offering covers 22" and 23" on the Audi 5×112 PCD with the RS7-specific centre-bore geometry. The 22" is specified on approximately 65% of Mansory RS7 commissions and works with the 30 mm fender-flare overlay; the 23" is specified on approximately 35% and works with the 45 mm track-spec fender overlay. Tyre fitment at 22" is 285/35-22 front / 305/30-22 rear; at 23" it moves to 295/30-23 front / 315/30-23 rear. Standard compound: Pirelli P Zero or Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S. The workshop sanctions a winter-capable Pirelli Scorpion Winter 2 at 22" specifically for cold-climate Nordic / Alpine commissions. Full wheel range at Hodoor forged wheels.

Geography — the quattro-all-season map

The RS7's geographic order book has one defining characteristic that the Panamera, the Continental GT and the X290 do not share: the quattro permanent all-wheel-drive system makes the RS7 a genuine year-round daily driver in cold-climate markets, and the commission book reflects that concentration. Five market clusters dominate Mansory RS7 commissions:

Germany (Audi home market, autobahn and winter-garage cluster). Ingolstadt (Audi's home city), Munich, Stuttgart, Hamburg, Berlin, Düsseldorf, and the Black Forest / Bavarian Alpine corridor. German RS7 Mansory commissions weight heavily toward aggressive-spec (full front bumper, dry-carbon bonnet, stage-1 tune, 22" forged with winter-capable tyre spec, lowering module). Approximately 35% of Mansory RS7 commissions ship into Germany. The autobahn + winter-daily-driver combination is the RS7's home use case.

Nordic and Alpine cold-climate cluster. Norway, Sweden, Finland, Switzerland (Zurich / Zermatt / St. Moritz), Austria (Vienna / Innsbruck / Kitzbühel), and Slovenia. Nordic RS7 commissions weight restrained on the body spec but specify the stage-1 or stage-2 tune for autobahn / motorway use on snow-cleared European roads. Commission spec skews toward 22" winter-capable tyre fitment rather than 23" summer-only. The Norwegian Mansory RS7 market is one of the workshop's top-three single-country commission volumes per-capita on any donor.

Russia / CIS (the quattro-winter corridor). Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Kazan. The RS7 is one of the most-commissioned Mansory donors in the CIS market because the combination of quattro AWD, 4.0 TFSI V8 output and liftback practicality matches the Russian all-season super-sedan use case. Russia / CIS orders route through the Tsar programme. Commission spec weights aggressive — stage-2 tune on Performance donors, full wide-body fender overlay, 23" forged, Mansory sport exhaust, lowering module, matched carbon weave spec.

North American cold-climate cluster. US Northeast (Greenwich, Boston, NYC, Washington D.C., Pittsburgh), US Midwest (Chicago, Detroit, Minneapolis), and Canada (Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal). These markets specifically choose the RS7 over the Panamera or the X290 because the quattro AWD advantage on winter roads is well-understood. Commissions weight toward 22" forged with winter-capable fitment and toward the full wide-body fender overlay. Toronto and Vancouver carry particularly dense Canadian RS7 volume.

Middle East and warm-climate cluster. UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain. The Gulf cluster's RS7 commission book is thinner than its Urus / G-Class / Lamborghini book because the Gulf performance-sedan market tilts toward the X290 and the Panamera for the four-door-V8 slot. Those Gulf RS7 commissions that exist skew aggressive-spec with stage-2 tune and 23" fitment. Hong Kong and Singapore carry small RS7 commission flows.

Sister Mansory Audi and MLB-Evo builds

The RS7 programme sits within the Mansory Audi stack alongside the RS6 Avant (the direct drivetrain sister — the RS6 estate carries the same 4.0 TFSI V8 and quattro AWD as the RS7; many households run an RS6 + RS7 pair with matched Mansory commission), the Audi Q8 / RS Q8 (MLB Evo SUV flagship), and the Audi R8. The RS6 Avant + RS7 Sportback matched-commission pair is one of the Mansory workshop's most common dual-car household commissions — both cars specify the same 4.0 TFSI stage tune, the same 22" forged wheel spec and the same carbon weave direction.

FAQ

Does the Mansory RS7 kit share parts with the Mansory RS6 Avant kit?
Partially. The front bumper, dry-carbon bonnet, mirror housings and front fender flares are common between RS7 Sportback and RS6 Avant because the two cars share front bodyshell geometry. The rear bumper, rear diffuser, rear wing and rear roofline spoiler are Sportback-liftback-specific on the RS7 and Avant-estate-specific on the RS6 — the rear geometry of the two cars differs completely. Matched-commission households specifying both cars receive coordinated paint and weave specification across both SKUs.

Is the kit TÜV-certifiable for German and other EU road use?
Yes. Fixed rear wing, wide-body fender-flare overlay and stage-1 / stage-2 tune all ship with TÜV certification paperwork applicable to the C8 RS7 body shell, at the manufacturer's cost at commission. Stage-2 tune TÜV certificate includes the intercooler and downpipe hardware specification.

Does the kit support winter tyre fitment for year-round use?
Yes at the 22" forged wheel spec. The workshop sanctions Pirelli Scorpion Winter 2 and Continental WinterContact TS 870 P at the 285/35-22 front / 305/30-22 rear fitment. The 23" track-spec fender overlay is summer-only fitment. Nordic and Alpine commissions commonly order both a summer 22" P Zero set and a winter 22" Scorpion Winter set on the same forged wheel package.

Can the RS7 GT limited-edition donor take the Mansory programme?
Yes. RS7 GT commissions retain the factory GT rear-aero and the Mansory rear wing is cut to match the GT's exclusive rear-deck extension profile. The front bumper, bonnet, side skirts, mirror housings and wide-body fender overlay fit RS7 GT without modification. GT commissions commonly specify the stage-1 tune (rather than stage-2) to preserve the factory RS7 GT mechanical spec.

Does the lowering module work with factory air suspension across all RS7 trims?
Yes. The Mansory lowering module interfaces with the Audi air-suspension target-height controller across all C8 RS7 variants (2020–present). Factory self-levelling is preserved at the offset target height. The air-suspension dynamic mode and the comfort mode both continue to function at factory behaviour.

Is the quattro permanent AWD torque distribution affected by the Mansory stage-2 tune?
No. The stage-2 tune modifies ECU boost-pressure calibration and DCT mapping but does not alter the quattro centre-differential torque-split programming or the rear sport-differential torque-vectoring logic. Factory quattro dynamics are preserved across both stage-1 and stage-2 tune levels.
