This is the Mansory carbon body conversion for the Bentley Flying Spur in its third generation — internally chassis 3SK, launched in 2019 alongside the second-generation Continental GT and built on the Volkswagen Group MSB platform shared with the Porsche Panamera. The Flying Spur 3SK is a four-seat luxury saloon (occasional five-seat with the centre rear belt) hand-assembled at Bentley Motors in Crewe, England. The Mansory programme treats the 3SK as a discreet donor: factory bodywork is preserved at the doors and roof, while bumpers, fenders, bonnet and decklid receive carbon replacements that move the read from "chauffeured saloon" toward "named-edition wide-body".

The 3SK shifted to the MSB rear-wheel-drive luxury platform shared with the second-generation Porsche Panamera. The Mk1 (3W, 2005–2013, see our 2005 kit) and Mk2 (3X, 2013–2019, see our 2014 kit) shared the older VW Phaeton D1 platform with permanent AWD. 3SK runs rear-biased with on-demand all-wheel-drive; the wheelbase grew, the body widened, and the front-end geometry changed with matrix-LED headlights and active grille shutters — so neither Mk1 nor Mk2 kits transfer. 3SK has its own part-number set.
The kit is a comprehensive carbon body conversion. OEM bumpers replace; doors and roof retain factory aluminium; fenders are cut back and flared. The 3SK retains its OEM auto-deploying rear spoiler — the Mansory fixed carbon spoiler sits above the OEM unit and does not modify deployment logic.
Build time at a Mansory-experienced body shop runs 15 to 20 days for the full carbon programme. The fender bonding lands on the 3SK's aluminium fender stamping (Bentley moved to all-aluminium body panels on 3SK), so the adhesive spec is aluminium-grade structural bonder rather than the steel-grade used on Mk1 and Mk2. Body shops without 3SK experience should refer to Bentley's official aluminium-bonding procedure document before touching the fender flares.
The Mansory Powerbox is offered on both the launch 626 PS W12 and the 2022 W12 Speed 635 PS calibration. The 6.0 TSI W12 is shared with the Continental GT W12 and Bentayga W12, with proven tuning headroom across all three. With the Powerbox plus the Mansory sport exhaust the channel rises to roughly 720 PS / 1,000 Nm; the module is reversible and does not modify the OEM ECU. The 4.0 V8 TFSI is currently not in the Mansory Powerbox catalogue — owners running the V8 typically combine the body kit with an aftermarket Porsche / Audi specialist tune.
The matched fitment is the Mansory M-series fully forged 22" wheel in stagger sizing optimised for the 3SK's rear-biased weight distribution. The OEM 3SK wheel is 21" cast on launch trim, 22" forged on Mulliner specification; the Mansory 22" forging matches OEM size while trimming approximately 4 kg of unsprung mass per corner against OEM cast wheels. Diamond black, polished silver, gun metal and Mansory bronze are the catalogue finishes. The forging clears the OEM Bentley carbon-ceramic brake package without spacers. The wheel range lives at the forged wheel collection.
The kit fits the third-generation Flying Spur (chassis 3SK, 2019 onward) across all four powertrains:

Background on the platform sits at the Wikipedia Flying Spur (2019) entry; Mansory's official portfolio for this build is at the Mansory Flying Spur portfolio. Material and care notes for the lacquered carbon parts are documented in the carbon fibre care guide.
The Flying Spur 3SK ships globally from the Mansory factory in Brand, Bavaria via Hodoor World logistics. Demand for the 3SK kit is concentrated in chauffeured-vehicle markets — primary destinations are the United Arab Emirates, Bermuda, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom and Monaco. Pricing on request via [email protected] or WhatsApp +44 7488 818747; quotes specify powertrain (W12 / V8 / Speed / Hybrid) and OEM wheel size so the correct rear-bumper variant and brake-clearance forging spec ship together.
Will the 3SK kit fit my 2017 Flying Spur?
No. A 2017 car is the second-generation 3X, which uses the Volkswagen Phaeton D1 platform — entirely different chassis architecture, shorter wheelbase, narrower body. The 3SK kit will not align on a 3X car. The matched part-number set for the 2014–2019 Mk2 sits on the Flying Spur 2014 page.
Does the kit work with the V8 Hybrid plug-in charge port?
Yes. The hybrid variant has a charge port on the left rear flank near the wheel arch. The 3SK kit ships with a diffuser cut-out matched to that port — the plug-in retains full charging functionality with the carbon rear bumper installed. Specify "Hybrid" at quote time so the correct rear-bumper variant ships.
Is the Powerbox safe on the W12?
The 6.0 TSI W12 has reliability data spanning ten years across Continental GT, Bentayga and Flying Spur. The Powerbox at +95 PS sits within tuning headroom (the Speed calibration already runs above launch from the factory) and the module is reversible. Cars with full Bentley service history are good candidates; cars with skipped intervals are checked through a Bentley-specialist diagnostic first.
Does the kit modify the OEM auto-deploying rear spoiler?
No. The OEM Bentley auto-deploying rear spoiler retains its full deployment logic and electronic actuation; the Mansory fixed carbon spoiler sits above the OEM unit. Both work in series — the OEM spoiler deploys at speed thresholds, while the Mansory fixed wing adds steady-state downforce across all speeds.
Can the kit be specified without the wheels or Powerbox?
Yes. Body programme, wheels and Powerbox are independently specifiable line items. Owners commonly take the body kit on OEM Bentley 22" Mulliner wheels first, then add the M-series forging and the Powerbox at a later service interval.
