The BJ Wheels F91 is a fully forged monoblock wheel produced to order from 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminium. The F91 shares the same full-forge construction as the F90 — face and barrel formed under high pressure from a single billet, producing a denser grain structure and greater strength-to-weight ratio — while offering a distinct spoke design and profile. All fitment parameters are configured individually: diameter, width, offset, bolt pattern, and hub bore are fully customisable. Made in Germany.
