Custom Body Kits & Production Slot Deposits

HODOOR WORLD LTD offers bespoke, built-to-order automotive body kits. Due to the custom nature of our products and production scheduling, special terms apply to deposits, payments, cancellations, and refunds.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order or making any payment.

1. Custom & Built-to-Order Products

We offer custom-made and built to order products based on individual customer specifications, vehicle data, and production scheduling.

Under UK consumer law, custom-made or personalized goods are exempt from standard cancellation and refund rights once production preparation has begun.

By placing an order or making a deposit, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The product is custom-designed and built exclusively for you

• The order cannot be cancelled or refunded once confirmed

2. Production Slot Reservation Deposit

To manage limited production capacity, Hodoor may offer customers the option to reserve a production slot in our upcoming schedule.

Reservation Deposit Terms:

• A non-refundable reservation deposit is required to secure a production slot

• This deposit confirms your place in the production lineup

• The deposit is not a payment for a finished product, but a commitment to allocate design, planning, supplier coordination, and production capacity

Important:

• Reservation deposits are strictly non-refundable

• Reservation deposits cannot be transferred to another customer or project

• Reservation deposits remain valid only for the agreed production timeframe

Once paid, the slot is removed from availability and materials, supplier commitments, and internal planning may begin immediately.

3. Custom Project Payment Structure

For custom body kit projects, our standard payment terms are:

• 50% deposit at project start (plus any 3D scanning or related expenses)

• 50% balance due before production begins

All payments toward custom projects are non-refundable once the order is confirmed or work has commenced.

4. Use of Funds & Supplier Commitments

Upon receipt of deposits or reservation payments, Hodoor may immediately allocate funds toward:

• Raw materials

• Supplier orders

• Design, engineering, and planning

• Production scheduling and resource allocation

Because these costs are incurred upfront, refunds are not possible once payment has been made, even if production has not yet physically started.

5. Cancellations & Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Delayed personal finances

• Deciding to order at a later date

• Business or personal circumstances changing after payment

Customers are encouraged to confirm readiness before making any payment.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing payment, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for valid, contractually agreed, non-refundable deposits.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

• Immediate suspension of the project

• Loss of production slot

• Permanent refusal of future services

• Submission of evidence to payment processors showing acceptance of non-refundable terms

7. Agreement to This Policy

By making a payment to Hodoor World Ltd—whether via invoice, payment link, or direct checkout—you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood this Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Agree that all custom orders and deposits are non-refundable

• Accept these terms as legally binding
