Mansory Carbon Fiber Body Kit for Rolls-Royce Cullinan

MANSORY for the Rolls-Royce Cullinan Series II — the MY2025+ wide carbon programme

The Rolls-Royce Cullinan Series II is the comprehensively reworked Cullinan that Goodwood launched in spring 2024 as a Model Year 2025 update on the original 2018 Cullinan platform. Series II is not a generational replacement — the chassis architecture (the proprietary aluminium spaceframe Goodwood calls Architecture of Luxury) carries over from the launch car — but the front and rear bumpers, the headlamp graphics, the grille treatment and the cabin technology suite have all been redrawn to bring the Cullinan in line with the Spectre electric coupé and the New Phantom (RR12) saloon. Mansory's MY2025+ programme on this page is the bumper-and-flare conversion dimensioned to those new front and rear panels.

Series I owners (2018-2023) run the older Mansory part-number set on the original Cullinan card; the kits are not interchangeable at the bumpers because the lower-fascia geometry has shifted. Sister-cars elsewhere in the Goodwood line on Hodoor: the Phantom VIII saloon flagship, the Ghost III RR31, the Spectre EV coupé, and the Wraith II.

Series II as a Mansory donor — what changed at the 2024 update

The 2024 Series II update brought the first illuminated Pantheon grille on a Cullinan, a redrawn lower front clip, a new DRL signature, a redrawn rear bumper with vertical taillamp integration, and the SPIRIT digital interface in the cabin. The bumper redraw moved the lower-fascia geometry enough that the older Mansory Cullinan kit does not align on the new car. Mansory retooled the front and rear bumpers for Series II while keeping the fender flare, side strake set and rear-deck spoiler shared with Series I — the rear quarter pressing and roofline are unchanged across the facelift.

Donor numbers — the N74 V12 across both Series II trims

Goodwood's N74 6.75 twin-turbo V12 ships in two states of tune: standard Cullinan Series II at 571 PS / 850 Nm (5.2 s 0-100), and Black Badge Series II at 600 PS / 900 Nm (5.0 s) with dark-chrome trim replacing the bright-chrome accents. Both run the eight-speed satellite-aided ZF, Magic Carpet Ride air suspension with road-scanning preview, and self-righting wheel-cap centres. Kerb weight ~2,750 kg standard, ~2,820 kg Black Badge. OEM wheel: 22" cast or forged. Mansory's matched fitment is a 24" forged stagger clearing the air-suspension travel envelope through both lift positions including Off-Road Mode.

Carbon panel schedule — Series II-specific bumper SKUs

The wide build is a comprehensive carbon body conversion. Bonded flare work is permanent at the fender level; the bumpers are replaceable back to OEM for a future owner who wants standard presentation. Hand-laid 2x2 twill weave on visible aerodynamic pieces; PU-RIM composite on the bumper bodies and flare carriers. Default finish: lacquered visible weave on the bonnet and mirror caps, paint-to-coachline on bumpers, flares, side strakes and side step extensions.

  • Replacement front bumper — Series II-specific SKU dimensioned to the redrawn lower fascia. Integrated splitter, brake-cooling cuts, OEM Pantheon grille and headlamp pass-through preserved. Black Badge grille illumination retained via a precise carbon-edge cut.
  • Optional front lip extension — Black Badge add-on dropping the visible body line a further 25 mm.
  • Vented carbon bonnet with NACA cuts above the V12 plenum. Lacquered weave or paint-to-coachline.
  • Bonded fender flares at +35 mm front, +40 mm rear, dimensioned for the 24" forged stagger.
  • Side strakes and lower side step extensions in carbon with non-slip tread for cabin ingress.
  • Replacement rear bumper — Series II SKU with integrated diffuser and twin-pipe exhaust cutouts matched to the OEM rectangular exhaust footprint.
  • Boot-lid spoiler kick in carbon; preserves OEM tailgate hydraulic operation.
  • Mirror caps and door-handle covers in visible weave; OEM camera apertures preserved.

Body-shop fitment runs 14-18 working days. The illuminated Pantheon grille needs precise carbon-edge integration; the OEM harness is unmodified.

M-series 24" forged on Black Badge geometry

The matched fitment is the Mansory M-series fully forged 24" wheel in stagger sizing. PCD 5x120, centre bore 74.1 mm, 24x10.0J ET+30 front, 24x11.0J ET+22 rear, tyres 285/35 / 295/35 R24. Patterns: M.7, FD.16, YN.5. Diamond black, polished silver, gun metal and Mansory bronze are catalogue finishes; Black Badge owners typically pair black forging with OEM dark-chrome trim. Mansory's body-shop fitment includes a final ride-height calibration on a Goodwood-experienced lift. Range at forgedwheels.

Why Mansory does not catalogue a Cullinan Powerbox

The Cullinan kit is body and wheels only — no Powerbox, no sport exhaust on this chassis. The N74 V12 sits in an engine family with small factory tuning headroom (calibrated against thermal margin rather than peak output), the brand register does not align with aftermarket modules (Black Badge already addresses the +29 PS / +50 Nm delta from a marque-controlled angle), and the Cullinan's acoustic signature is part of what owners are paying for. The Mansory brief on this chassis is body language and forged wheels; the powertrain stays factory.

Cabin programme — narrow scope, SPIRIT and Bespoke stay factory

The Mansory cabin set on the Cullinan is intentionally narrow. Optional sport-style steering wheel with carbon spoke-back (many owners decline this — the OEM Goodwood wheel is too distinctive), metal pedals, carbon inlays for the centre stack and door pulls. Seats, headlining, door cards, the SPIRIT interface and Goodwood Bespoke trim all stay factory. Owners who want a fully retrimmed cabin route through Rolls-Royce Bespoke directly — Bespoke's customisation depth exceeds what a third-party tuner can offer at this brand level.

Country corridor — where Series II commissions land in 2026

Cullinan Series II owner geography concentrates in luxury-collector markets. The 2026 commission book skews strongly toward Black Badge donors and toward markets where the Cullinan registers as a daily flagship rather than a weekend car.

  • UAE — Dubai and Abu Dhabi ship the largest Series II share; Black Badge donors dominate, usually with diamond-black 24" forged on contrast coachline.
  • Qatar — Doha favours standard Series II in English White or Goodwood Black with paint-to-sample 24" forged.
  • Saudi Arabia — Riyadh / Jeddah Black Badge donors with front-lip extension; the lower stance reads well in this cohort.
  • Hong Kong and Macau — both accept the bonded-flare conversion under their import regimes; HK clusters around standard Series II daily-drivers.
  • Monaco — paint-to-sample 24" forged at the highest fitment rate on this chassis.
  • Switzerland — Zurich / Geneva favour standard Series II without the front-lip extension; calmer register suits the Swiss owner.
  • Bermuda — small-volume high-spec commissions in English White; Bermudian registration accepts the kit on a Mansory engineering-letter.

FAQ

How is the MY2025+ kit different from the original 2018-2023 Cullinan kit?
Shared: bonded fender flares, side strakes, rear-deck spoiler kick, M-series 24" forged. Different: front and rear bumper assemblies. The illuminated Pantheon grille on Series II Black Badge requires a Series II-specific carbon-edge cut. Mismatched bumper SKUs do not bolt up.

Does the kit fit a 2023 model-year Cullinan?
2023 production was Series I; Series II launched MY2024 / MY2025 depending on market. A 2023-build car runs the Series I kit. Exception: a 2023-built car delivered in early 2024 with Series II spec requires VIN confirmation.

What does a Mansory Cullinan Series II conversion cost?
Pricing on commission. A complete turnkey build runs into a low-to-mid six-figure sum on top of the donor cost; figure depends on finish spec, wheel finish and Black Badge dark-chrome integration.

Does the kit affect the Goodwood four-year warranty?
Body modifications void warranty obligations on converted panels; powertrain warranty is typically retained because the kit does not touch the engine or driveline. Owners run the conversation past their Rolls-Royce dealer first.

Does the wide build clear OEM air-suspension at full lift?
Yes. The flare geometry and matched 24" forging clear air-suspension travel through both positions including Off-Road Mode. The Magic Carpet Ride preview camera continues to operate without recalibration.
