Terms of exchange and return

The goods which were produced under exclusive orders are not subject to return and exchange!

Return or exchange of goods purchased can be done while maintaining the original packaging.

The reason for the return can only be: factory defect, incompleteness and mixed up goods.

International customers have to send goods for exchange at their own expense by any courier service.

Funds are returned in accordance with the chosen method of payment. In the case of payment by bank transfer to the account via a bank receipt, the money is returned with the provided document (passport) in the name specified in the order.
