A precision-cast aluminum face is mounted on a flow-forming drum and heated, then high-pressure steel rollers travel down the barrel applying compressive force — stretching the material to its target width while aligning the grain structure along the stress axis. The finished barrel is significantly denser and stronger than a conventionally cast counterpart. The face and barrel are then assembled, powder-coated in the chosen finish, and inspected before shipping. Every {model} is finished at Concaver's in-house powder coating facility for consistent, durable results.
