The BMW X6 G06 is the third-generation X6 Sports Activity Coupé, launched 2019 and refreshed in 2023 with the LCI mid-cycle update — new vertically-stacked Iconic Glow illuminated kidney grille, restyled LED-laser headlight signature, BMW Curved Display with iDrive 8.5, and chassis recalibration. Powertrain options across the LCI range run from the X6 xDrive40i (B58 3.0 L turbo I6, 381 PS / 540 Nm) to the X6 M60i xDrive (S68 4.4 L biturbo V8 with 48 V mild-hybrid, 530 PS / 750 Nm). All variants ship with the ZF 8HP eight-speed automatic, permanent xDrive AWD, and adaptive M Sport suspension; air suspension is optional.

What is new in the Light programme

The Light release is calibrated to the LCI's vertically-stacked illuminated kidney grille and the revised lower-bumper geometry. Where the full Larte X6 widebody adds bonded fender flares (+25 mm), the Light programme keeps the factory fender pressing untouched — bumper attachments, bonnet overlay and skirts only.

Engineered around the 2023+ LCI X6 G06. Component schedule is dimensionally compatible with the xDrive40i, M60i and X6 xDrive40d / 30d diesel variants. Pre-LCI 2019–2022 G06 donors are served by the original X6 Light schedule; cross-fitment is supported VIN-by-VIN through our Custom Body Kit Design & Manufacturing Service. The X6 M (F96) is a separate M-only programme on a different bumper architecture.

Light builds typically step from the factory 20–22" M Sport wheels to 22"/23" staggered Larte forged monoblock or three-piece designs. Will the Light programme fit the F96 BMW X6 M Competition?
No — the F96 X6 M has unique factory M-aero (front bumper, hood vents, M-flares) and is served by a dedicated Larte M-tier programme. Light is calibrated to the standard G06 body lines.

Does the kit interfere with the BMW Drive Recorder camera or front parking sensors?
No — the front bumper attachment is pre-machined for factory PDC sensor and front camera apertures; calibration is preserved.

Can I add the +25 mm widebody flares later?
Yes — Light owners can step up to the full Larte widebody at any time. The Light bumpers, skirts and rear remain compatible with the +25 mm flare set.
