Designing a custom wheel used to mean sitting with a sketch artist for weeks, reviewing a handful of concepts, and hoping one of them matched what you had in your head. The process was slow, expensive, and limited by the designer's imagination. Our AI system changes that equation entirely: it generates over 1,000 unique wheel designs per day, each one engineered to be manufacturable as a forged monoblock. You browse, you choose, we build.
Step 1 — Tell Us About Your Car
We need your vehicle model, year, current wheel size, and any preferences you have on spoke count, depth, concavity, or finish. If you have a reference image from another brand — Vossen, HRE, ADV.1, Brixton — send it. The more context we have, the better the AI output.
Step 2 — AI Generates Your Options
Our system produces a batch of designs tailored to your brief. These are not generic shapes applied to every car — the AI factors in your vehicle's proportions, brake clearance requirements, and the visual character of the bodywork. You receive a curated selection of the strongest concepts, typically within 24 to 48 hours.

Step 3 — Refine and Approve
Once you identify a direction, we refine it. Spoke widths can be adjusted, lip depths changed, finishes swapped. The design is then verified against your car's fitment specifications — bolt pattern, offset, centre bore — before a final technical drawing is produced for sign-off.
Step 4 — Manufacturing
The approved design goes into production as a forged monoblock wheel. Each wheel is CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminium billet, balanced, finished to your chosen specification, and shipped with full protective packaging. Production takes four to eight weeks.

AI handles volume and speed exceptionally well, but some projects need a different kind of attention. If you want a wheel that references a specific cultural aesthetic, tells a particular story, or needs to coordinate with a wider vehicle build — a widebody kit, a specific interior theme, a show car concept — our in-house automotive designer can work with you directly. Hand sketches, multiple revision rounds, and a level of creative dialogue that AI cannot replicate. Both paths lead to the same manufacturing process and the same build quality.
Is the AI design service free?
Yes. You pay nothing for the design phase. Costs only apply when you approve a design and move to manufacturing.
Can the AI copy an existing wheel design exactly?
The system generates original designs inspired by a reference style. We do not produce direct replicas of trademarked designs, but the AI can work within the same visual language — similar spoke geometry, comparable concavity, matching proportions.
How many designs will I receive?
A typical brief produces 20 to 50 curated concepts from the initial AI batch. If none are right, we adjust the parameters and generate another round at no cost.
What cars can you design for?
Any passenger vehicle. We have generated designs for everything from a Suzuki Jimny to a Rolls-Royce Spectre. The AI adapts to the proportions and fitment of each platform.
