As an international company with offices, remote employees, manufacturing facilities, and suppliers spread across 50 countries, we cannot avoid global issues. We see firsthand how people are affected by them, and we recognize that they will keep happening. That's why people are asking us what our position is and how we handle them.

 

Our approach is grounded in the following beliefs:
